New Classes
Join Alice at Thebarton for small group sessions designed to build strength, improve mobility, and boost your overall fitness. Choose from three classes each week:

Strength (Monday PM): Build lean muscle and improve movement through main lifts and accessory exercises.

Stretch (Tuesday AM): Improve mobility, stability, and balance with full-range movement work.

Shred (Thursday PM): High-intensity functional training to increase strength and aerobic capacity.
