As a personal trainer at Beyond Bouldering, I help climbers of all levels get stronger, move better, and climb harder. With a background in powerlifting and a passion for lead climbing, I bring a climbing-specific approach to strength, conditioning, and injury prevention.
Whether you want to build muscle, improve technique, or boost endurance, I’ll tailor a plan to your goals – on and off the wall. I’ve been a trainer since 2016, and with 10 years as a chef, I also understand the role nutrition plays in performance and recovery.
