BOLDER.25, our third annual social bouldering competition, took place at Thebarton on Saturday, July 26th, 2025 and it was our biggest event yet. A sold-out comp with 300 climbers, including interstate and international talent, BOLDER.25 officially set the bar as South Australia’s biggest bouldering event to date.

The day launched bright and early at 7:00am, and from the first climbers on the mats, the atmosphere was electric. Across four pumped-up qualification rounds, climbers of all skill levels pushed themselves on a fresh and fiery set of blocs designed to test creativity, power, and commitment.

Finals brought the house down, with a packed gym of nearly 200 spectators, and over 100 more tuning in via the live stream. The Open A and B categories delivered big moments, big falls, and even bigger sends, with energy dialed to 11 thanks to DJ Luke Henry, MCs Josh Payne and Justin Taylor, and an incredible crew of volunteers keeping the show running from start to finish.

Outside the comp arena, Dear Daisy kept the crowd fed, Brightstar Brewery provided the beers, Rub massage kept our athletes feeling fresh, and the cafe area came alive with pop-ups from Casual, Open Project, and Scarpa.
