GROUP BOOKINGS.
We can accomodate groups of all sizes. If you have a birthday party, get together or any kind of social event, we’d love to have you here.
Before you book:
Our private bookings are for groups of 10 people or more. If you have less than 10 people, you don’t need to make a booking and can just come along as normal, however, you won’t qualify for our group booking prices.
Minimum Group Size: 10 climbers | Maximum Group Size: 20 climbers
Pricing: $22 per person for a minimum group size of 10 people. This price includes shoe and chalk bag hire. Optional instructor fee: $75.00.
An instructor is required for all kids bookings. A $20 admin fee will be charged on the day if an instructor is required and not booked in advance. Please note: Parents are still required to supervise their children.
To ensure the safety of both the children and our customers, kids bookings are restriced to our quietest hours.
Before you arrive: Make sure you complete our online waiver before you arrive. Bring a water bottle, some loose fitting clothes and be prepared to hold on tight.Â
Remember: Fees apply for cancelled/rescheduled bookings with less than 48 hours notice. Our Terms and Conditions apply to Group Bookings. We reserve the right to refuse entry to your group if you arrive without prior notice.
Also remember: You must book in advance to receive the group discount. Walk ins or late bookings will not receive the group discount.

Do we need an instructor?
An instructor is required for any group with more than 5 children under the age of 14.
The instructor is available for the first hour of the booking.
How long can we climb for?
You may climb for as long as you like. We have the option to add additional time to your booking, at no extra cost.
