FOUNDATIONS CLASSES

New to bouldering or keen to sharpen your skills? Foundations is the perfect place to start.

Sessions are led by one of our coaches, giving you expert guidance and plenty of encouragement along the way

In each session you will:

  • Learn the essentials: footwork, balance and body positioning
  • Build confidence on the wall with step-by-step guidance
  • Gain techniques to help you climb more smoothly and efficiently
  • Connect with other climbers in a supportive, social setting

Foundations is open to everyone, whether you’re completely new or looking to polish your basic technique.

TECHNIQUE CLASSES

Ready to take your climbing further? This class is designed for climbers working on purple to white grades.

Guided by our experienced coaches, these sessions give you the tools and feedback to progress with confidence.

In each session you will:

  • Refine your technique with guidance on balance, movement and efficiency
  • Build strength and endurance to handle more challenging climbs
  • Learn to read routes, plan sequences and problem-solve on the wall
  • Develop good climbing habits with a focus on etiquette and safety

Open to all climbers working at this level, Technique is the next step in building skill, confidence and consistency.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES

Led by our qualified personal trainers, who are also climbers – these power-packed, hour-long classes are designed to help you train smarter and perform at your best.

With their understanding of climbing-specific movement, you’ll build fitness that transfers directly to the wall.

In each session you will:

  • Build foundational strength to support your climbing Improve endurance and overall power
  • Learn exercises that transfer directly to climbing performance
  • Train in a motivating, structured group environment

A social bouldering session for women, female-identifying and non-binary climbers of all levels. Whether you’re new to climbing or a seasoned crusher, this space is all about building confidence, making connections, and having fun on the wall.
