GROUP BOOKINGS.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bringing together friends, organising a team activity or simply trying something new, Beyond Bouldering offers fun and memorable group experiences for all ages and abilities. With discounted group entry, optional instructor support and flexible booking options, we'll help your group discover the challenge and excitement of bouldering together.

Before you book.

Eligibility Private bookings are for groups of 10 or more. Under 10? Just come along as normal — you won't qualify for group pricing, but no booking is needed.
Group size Minimum 10 climbers · Maximum 25 climbers (outside-of-hours bookings can accommodate up to 40)
Pricing $28 per person for a minimum group of 10, including shoe and chalk bag hire. Optional instructor fee: $75.
Outside of hours Available at Keswick on Tuesdays and Thursdays prior to 3pm. An instructor is mandatory for this type of booking.
What to bring Complete our online waiver before you arrive, plus a water bottle and loose fitting clothes.

Kids group bookings (Under 12)

$25 per person for a minimum group of 10 people, including shoe and chalk bag hire. An instructor is included for all kids bookings.
Parents are still required to supervise their children. To ensure everyone's safety, kids bookings are restricted to our quietest hours.
Children must meet both minimum age (8 years old) and height (120cm) restrictions to be able to climb at Beyond Bouldering. Fees apply for cancelled/rescheduled bookings with less than 48 hours notice — you must book in advance to receive the group discount, as walk-ins and late bookings won't qualify. Do we need an instructor?

An instructor is required for any group with more than 5 children under the age of 14 and for bookings made outside of hours. Please refer to pricing above.
The instructor is available for the first hour of the booking.

How long can we climb for?

You may climb for as long as you like. We have the option to add additional time to your booking, at no extra cost.

I have a last minute booking.

Online bookings must be made with a minimum of 7 days prior to the date. If you have a last minute booking, please email the venue directly.
